This website is intended for urban planners, engineers, urban foresters, tree boards or commissions and others concerned with their community forests. Our aim is to help localities create a data–driven plan to set canopy goals and implement effective tree planting and preservation.
This website organizes the Virginia Tech Urban Forestry program's tools conerning all aspects of urban tree canopy. Resources are divided into three categories: assessment, planning and implementation.
